Look up Dividend History

Click on the "Research Center"

Under Corporate Reference, you will see a tab for Corporate Actions.  Here you will see the last 4 dividends. To view more dividend history, left-click on Retrieve History.

to view dividend growth, you will need to click on fundamentals

once the window appears, left-click on company profile

enter symbol in the above box in the left hand corner and hit your enter key

look to the bottom-right of the menu and you will see 4 year dividend growth chart.
